The use of the website www.inanutshell.fr (referred below as Website) implies full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time. Users of the Website are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

This Website is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption for technical maintenance reasons may however be decided by Eva Ackermann, who will then endeavour to communicate to users the dates and times of the intervention.

The Website is updated regularly by Eva Ackermann. Similarly, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they apply to the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to be aware of them.

The purpose of the Website is to provide information concerning all of the company’s activities.

Eva Ackermann strives to provide information on the Website that is as accurate as possible. However, she cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in updating, whether due to her own actions or those of third-party partners, who provide it with this information.

All information provided on the Website is given for information purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the Website is not exhaustive. It is subject to changes since being online.

4. Contractual limitations on technical data

The Website uses JavaScript technology.
The Website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the Website. In addition, the user of the Website agrees to access the Website using recent equipment, not containing viruses and with an up-to-date latest generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeiting

Eva Ackermann is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights on all elements accessible on the Website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.
