Adventurer and independent at heart, I changed career early on knowing the 9-5 routine would not feed my creative and wild spirit. I bought a one-way ticket to South Africa, fell in love, and started my own graphic design studio, in a nutshell.

I discovered a love for working with passionate entrepreneurs and businesses, who sparkle with ideas, but don’t necessarily have the tools or skills to achieve their goals and create the business of their dreams.

01. Brand Strategy

The foundation of any successful brand. Having a great product isn’t enough anymore. Customers are drawn to brands with a story, or to those that boldly share values that resonate with theirs. Together, through thoughtful exploration, we’ll uncover everything that defines your brand and make it irresistible to your ideal customers.

This step includes:

  • A collaborative space on Notion
  • A strategic questionnaire
  • A 2-hour 1:1 workshop that will leave you with a crystal-clear vision of your brand and its direction
  • A PDF document that will lay the foundations of your business
  • Two creative concepts with mood boards to visually translate this strategy and set the creative direction for the project.

02. Visual identity concept

Once the strategic foundation and creative direction are approved, I dive into experimentation and research to create a visual identity concept that aligns perfectly with the strategy.

This step includes:

  • A suite of logos: one main logo and several variations for maximum flexibility across various applications
  • A colour palette that fosters instant brand recognition
  • A selection of typographies to complement the brand identity and enhance readability
  • Any additional elements needed to strengthen your visual identity, based on the strategy we’ve established (custom patterns, textures, icons, graphic elements, illustrations, etc.)
  • Two templates to choose from (like banners for your social networks, Instagram posts, etc.)

03. Marketing materials and packaging

Not included in all packages.

Additionally, I offer supplementary elements to boost your brand’s visibility and deepen your connection with your audience.

The marketing materials I design are storytellers of your brand identity—each card, brochure, and templates adding richness to your story.

I create packaging solutions that not only protect your product but also tell its story. Each packaging becomes an extension of your brand, inviting customers to experience and connect with it on an emotional level.

This step includes:

  • Primary and secondary packaging design
  • Marketing materials tailored to your needs and what was agreed upon in the quote (business cards, brochures, flyers, document headers, thank-you cards, etc.)

04. Launch and hand over

Now it is time to make your own magic. Applying your new visual identity the right way is key to your brand’s success. It will help you send the perfect message and emotions to your ideal audience.

This step includes:

  • The different elements (logos, colours, patterns, etc.) in various formats for both print and digital.
  • A 30+ page PDF guide that details how to consistently use every element of your brand identity. It includes guidelines on applying your logo and using your colour palette, typographies, and other visual elements.
  • Three mockups to spark your imagination showing how your brand will shine in the real world - on products, packaging, advertising materials, or even in digital spaces.

Can I just get a logo design?

I want to make sure all of my clients are set up for success, and for that reason, I do not provide logo design services alone.

Creating a brand image that truly captures the magic of your product is much more than designing a pretty logo. I believe that a brand’s visual identity and strategy go far beyond just a logo. A single logo can’t tell your brand’s full story. I want all of my clients to be set up for success, and for that reason, I do not provide logo design services alone.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! I know that creating a standout brand is a big investment. That’s why, I offer flexible multi-month payment plans. My aim is to make my services accessible and ensure you get top-notch branding without stretching your budget too thin.

Payment plans are tailored to fit both the project and your comfort. We’ll discuss and set up the details during our introduction call. A down payment will officially reserve your spot in the queue.

Can we speed up a project?

It depends. There are a few factors to consider, like how ready you are, how quickly we can communicate, and the scope of the project. A quicker timeline might mean fewer deliverables and less feedback, but don’t worry—we’ll work together to find a timeline that suits your needs and keeps the magic alive.

How many revision rounds are included in the quote?

Each deliverable in the quote comes with two rounds of revisions. At every step, you’ll have the chance to share your suggestions and tweak the design, making sure everything is as you like.

How do you share concepts or information with me?

Once the quote is signed, you will have access to a collaborative space on Notion, where I’ll share everything you need for a smooth project journey — like invoices, payment schedules, meeting notes, project timelines, to-do lists, and more.

Once your initial concepts are ready, I’ll create a document that explains my design choices and outlines your options. This document will be uploaded to your Notion Hub, where you can review and share your feedback.

Our meetings and deliverable presentations will take place on Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. And throughout the project, you can reach out to me anytime via email or WhatsApp for quick updates and chats.

Are there any additional costs to be expected?

Additional costs are specific to each project and depend on your needs. Here are the possible expenses to consider:

  • Image purchases (if you do not have your own photos)
  • Additional revisions (beyond what’s included in the quote)
  • Copywriting (if this is something you wish to delegate)
  • Font licenses

We’ll have an introduction call where we’ll chat about your goals, the project details, and how we can work together. We’ll cover everything important—like the process, timeframe, launch date, pricing, and any other special requests.

After our call, I’ll prepare a tailored proposal and quote just for you.

When you’re ready to make it official, I’ll send over a contract for you to fill out and sign as well as an invoice to settle the deposit and book your spot.
