Yes! You can pay in full, or take advantage of my flexible multi-month payment plans. My aim is to make my services accessible and ensure you get top-notch branding without stretching your budget too thin.

Payment plans are tailored to fit both the project and your comfort. We’ll discuss and set up the details during our introduction call and a down payment will officially reserve your spot in the queue.

I want to make sure all of my clients are set up for success, and for that reason, I do not provide logo design services alone.

Creating a brand image that truly captures the magic of your product or service is much more than designing a pretty logo. I believe that a brand’s visual identity and strategy go far beyond as a single logo can’t tell your brand’s full story.

It’s possible, but only if you already have a well-defined and strategically designed brand. Without those solid foundations, it would be tricky for me to create an e-commerce site that truly meets your conversion goals. After our first chat, we can review what you’ve already got in place and take it from there.

It depends. There are a few factors to consider, like how ready you are, how quickly we can communicate, and the scope of the project. A quicker timeline might mean fewer deliverables and less feedbacks… We’ll discuss and set up the details during our introduction call to define what suits your needs.

Each deliverable in the quote comes with two rounds of revisions. At every step, you’ll have the chance to share your suggestions and tweak the design, making sure everything is as you like.

You will have access to a collaborative space on Notion, where I’ll share everything you need—like invoices, payment schedules, meeting notes, project timelines, to-do lists, and more. Once your initial concepts are ready, I’ll create a document that explains my design choices and outlines your options. This document will be uploaded to your Notion Hub, where you can review and share your feedback.

While I don’t provide full SEO optimisation or a long-term strategy, I partner with top-notch experts in the field. I’d be delighted to recommend them to help you achieve the best results!

Once the quote is signed, I’ll set up your very own client Hub on Notion, a space where you’ll find everything you need for a smooth project journey—like invoices, payment schedules, meeting notes, project timelines, to-do lists, and more.

Our meetings and deliverable presentations will take place on Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. And throughout the project, you can reach out to me anytime via email or WhatsApp for quick updates and chats.

Additional costs are specific to each project and depend on your needs. Here are the possible expenses to consider:

• Font licenses
• Image purchases (if you do not have your own photos)
• Additional pages (beyond those included in the quote)
• Additional revision rounds (beyond those included in the quote)
• Copywriting (if this is something you wish to delegate)
• Showit monthly fees
• Domain name purchase
• Web hosting plan
• Paid plugins

It really depends on the complexity of the project. For a full brand identity, you’ll need at least 8 weeks. If you’re looking for a brand identity plus a custom website package, plan on at least 5 months.

I use WordPress with Divi theme or Showit. Both lets you easily edit and update your site on your own, so it can grow and evolve with your business.

• For websites: Squarespace, Showit or WordPress with the DIVI editor or Salient editor. (But I can find my way with other theme)
• For designing: Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Figma
• For digital illustrations: Procreate
• For animation: Procreate Dreams and After Effects
• For 3D design: Blender (I’m working on mastering ;))

I design your website using a visual editor, whether it’s WordPress with the Divi theme or the Showit platform, making it super easy for you to edit and update your site on your own.

After your website’s grand debut, you’re not left to alone in the wild. You’ll receive training to become autonomous at managing your website, plus two weeks of support for any questions that you may have.

You’ll have the freedom to make changes as you wish, but if you’d rather have a bit of extra help, you can always opt for a VIP Day Pass for new updates.

And to keep things simple, you’ll also get a handy guide to ensure the magic continues seamlessly!

After our call, I’ll prepare a tailored proposal and quote just for you.

When you’re ready to make it official, I’ll send over a contract for you to fill out and sign as well as an invoice to settle the deposit and book your spot.
