Thérapy is a new skincare brand launched in 2023. « Thérapy » mixes the English word « Therapy » with the French word « Thé » (meaning tea). It offers a soothing beauty ritual inspired by the restorative power of herbal tea. The brand’s goal is to build a supportive community that raises awareness the importance of psychological health.
The founder asked Making You Smile to support the project throughout the process of creating a story aligned with her soul, aspirations and goals and creating a brand, from strategy to launch of the first products.
I worked in collaboration with Making You Smile to provide a creative solution that makes the brand stand out in extremely saturated cosmetics market.
The visual identity
Bringing comfort and serenity
Thérapy’s mission is to bring warmth and serenity to people’s lives through the comforting power of organic herbal tea plants. Their soothing beauty ritual is inspired by the herbal tea savouring that calms our bodies, minds, and souls.
With its tea leaves, the logotype evokes the idea of connection. The symbol of a woman surrounded by plants also recalls harmony, ritual, community, solidarity & the idea of taking care of oneself. In addition, the palette follows the personality of the brand with warm and soothing colours.



The packaging
Promoting sustainable solutions
Thérapy’s range is composed of a nourishing cream and a moisturising radiance cream. The brand offers a natural and ecological recipe with a packaging that reduces the pressure on the environment. The packaging is plastic-free, entirely biodegradable, made from wood scraps from sustainably managed forests and vegetable glue.
I hand drawn the 3 main ingredients of each product known for their therapeutic properties. Those illustrations accentuate the natural side of the products and support Thérapy in an approach to reducing its environmental footprint and promoting sustainable solutions.









The website
An immersive experience
The website concept highlight the products and the unique ritual that encourages users to fully connect with the emotions that the brand wanted to evoke. The design emphasises comfort and serenity through soft colours, simple animations and a background music that soothes the senses and adds an immersive dimension to the user experience.
